Symposium Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required on confirmation of sponsorship. 50% final installment required by 60 days prior event. A tax invoice will be sent.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is notified 90 days or more prior to commencement of the Symposium, all monies paid will be refunded less an administration charge of $250.
  • If cancellation is 89 days or less prior to commencement of the Symposium, the deposit paid to secure the sponsorship/exhibition shall be forfeited but any payments received in addition to the 50% deposit shall be refunded in full.
  • No refunds shall be available for any cancellations notified 60 days or less prior to the commencement of the Symposium.
  • Notification in writing must be sent to the DHAA Sponsorship Officer (Kyla Burman).

 

To Confirm Symposium Sponsorship

Should you wish to confirm sponsorship, please return the completed Acceptance & Deposit Form and return it together with the first installment of 50%. Payment details will be on the form, which also acts as a tax invoice.

 

On receipt of the form and payment, confirmation will be sent with a formal tax invoice for the sponsorship amount.

 

If exhibiting, an Exhibition Kit which details information regarding booth allocation, artwork for logos & advertisements, specifications and delivery details for signage and delivery of satchel inserts will be sent at a later date. A ‘Perth ExpoHire’ handbook which contains important information such as exhibition regulations and lists of services and furniture available for hire and the necessary order forms will also be sent at a later date.
