The below registration fees entitle delegates to the following:

 

  • Attendance to all Symposium Sessions
  • Daily catering as per the programme (morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea)
  • Symposium programme
  • Satchel

Sunrise Package Discount Rate

A special Sunrise Package Discount rate is being offered for a strictly limited time.  The package includes the Thursday CPD session, Symposium and the River Cruise – a saving of 10%.  Prices as follows:

 

  • DHAA & ADOHTA Member:  AUD$621.00
  • Non-Member:  AUD$832.50
  • Student & Dental Assistant:  AUD$396.00

 

Attendance Fees:

  • Registrations Open 1 May 2013 and the Sunrise Package discount rate will close on 16 June 2013
  • Early Bird discount rate is available between 17 June through to 30 August 2013
  • Standard Rates applies from 1 September onwards
  • Registration to the Symposium closes 18 October 2013

 

 

Payment of Fees

Credit Card payments are preferred at the time of your online booking by Visa, MasterCard or Amex.  Payment on invoice by Direct Deposit or Cheque is also accepted.

 

To Register

Registration is through Stars Event Management.

 

 

You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email.  You will receive a tax invoice.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations received to Stars Event Management by 15 September 2013 will be accepted and all fees refunded less $100.00 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Symposium.

 

  • Before 15 September 2013 will incur $100.00 cancellation fee
  • After 15 September 2013 and on/before 31 October 2013 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
  • After 1 November 2013 there will be no refund
